Work that moves the needle.

Inclusivæ is a Milan-based digital accessibility studio. We audit websites, identify barriers, and help organisations meet WCAG 2.2 and European accessibility law, before it becomes a legal problem.

Custom quote

A comprehensive, honest evaluation of your website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA - the standard required under the European Accessibility Act and AgID guidelines.

Every audit is conducted manually by a human specialist, not just an automated scan. Automated tools catch approximately 30% of accessibility issues. The remaining 70% require real testing with assistive technologies: screen readers, keyboard navigation, and genuine user-centred evaluation.

What the audit covers

Manual keyboard navigation testing across all agreed pages

Screen reader evaluation with NVDA and VoiceOver

Colour contrast analysis- text, UI components and graphics

Heading structure, landmark regions and reading order

Form accessibility - labels, error handling and instructions

Image alt text and all non-text content

Automated baseline scan with Axe, WAVE and Lighthouse

Every issue mapped to its WCAG 2.2 criterion

What you receive

A clear written report in plain language - not a technical dump

Severity rating for each issue: Critical / High / Medium / Low

Specific fix recommendations your development team can act on immediately

A prioritised remediation order so you know what to fix first

45-minute follow-up call to walk through findings and answer questions

Turnaround: 5–7 working days from brief received. Larger sites quoted individually. Custom scoping available for public sector, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce.

Advisory Retainer

Monthly retainer

€350

3-month minimum commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time project. New features ship, content changes, and the regulatory landscape evolves. A retainer keeps an expert in your corner every month.

Designed for organisations that want to build a genuine accessibility culture — not tick a compliance box once and forget about it until the next legal deadline.

Included each month

Review of new features or pages before they go live

Async answers to accessibility questions from your team

One monthly check-in call (up to 45 minutes)

Tracking of previously identified issues and remediation progress

Updates on changes to WCAG, AgID guidelines, or EU legislation

Who is this for?

Organisations that have completed an initial audit and want ongoing oversight, or teams building products iteratively who need accessibility thinking baked into their sprint cycle.

Do I need an audit first?

Usually yes. It gives us a baseline to work from. If you have had an audit done externally, we can review it and pick up from there.

Can I cancel?

After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days notice. No lock-ins beyond that.

The fastest way to improve your organisation's accessibility is to build knowledge into your team. Workshops that teach designers and developers to think accessibly from the start, not retrofit it at the end.

Delivered in person in the Milan and Varese area or remotely. Sessions are tailored to your team's existing level of knowledge and your specific products.

Workshop topics

Introduction to accessibility - who it affects, why it matters legally and ethically, and what the standards actually require

Designing accessibly - colour, typography, layout, and component design for inclusive interfaces

Accessible development - semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard handling, and screen reader behaviour

Testing for accessibility - how to run a manual audit, which tools to use, and what to prioritise

WCAG in practice - the criteria that matter most and how to interpret them in real projects

All workshops are tailored. Get in touch to discuss your team's needs - sessions can be combined, customised, or delivered as part of a broader accessibility programme.
